Can I get a chargeback for the subscription?

The subscription is non-refundable, so chargebacks are not possible. If you want to cancel your subscription, please follow these instructions:

1. Log into your Eneba account;
2. Access your dashboard by clicking on your email address in the upper right corner; 
3. Select “My Profile”;
4. Choose “Subscription”
5. Click on “Cancel subscription”.

After you cancel your subscription, you will be able to use it for the remainder of the month that you already paid for. After that, the subscription will become inactive.
