When will I receive my earnings after the transfer?

The speed of receiving the money depends on the bank account you choose to withdraw to, and this process only takes place on business days:

• Local bank transfer: 1-3 business days;
• SEPA (European Account): 1 business day;
• PayPal: Almost instantly.

If you do not receive your payment within the specified time, be sure to contact our customer support team.

Important note: the status "Completed" of your withdraw request in your ENEBA account indicates that the procedure was completed successfully, and the money may still be on its way to your bank account.
