How does reputation work?

Your selling reputation is seen by the buyers as a Review Rating.

After confirming a purchase, the buyer will be able to leave either a positive, neutral, or negative review for the experience they had. If the buyer does not review you, you will receive an auto-positive review.

You will receive an auto-negative review for canceling or unfulfilling your sale. Do your best to avoid canceling sales as this behavior damages your review rating.

Your Review Rating is a ratio of positive reviews to all reviews.
