Was the item already shipped by the seller?

Note that the seller has 5 days to dispatch the item. The status of your order will show if the shipment was started or not. If the item is not dispatched in time, your funds will be refunded.

 

Did you check the current shipment status of your order?

If the item is already dispatched, you should be able to find a tracking number in your order details which you can use to check the current status of your delivery in the couriers' website.

 

Have you assessed the shipping time correctly?

Once the item is dispatched by the seller, shipment usually takes 2-5 working days. Some couriers do not deliver on weekends and bank holidays, so in rare cases, shipment can take longer than expected.
