If your product doesn’t meet the description provided by the seller, you can (and should) dispute your purchase in order to get the problem sorted! All you need to do is to go to your orders list and select the option available there to start a dispute.
This will create a conversation with your seller where you can explain what exactly is wrong with your item. They will have the option to clarify any misunderstandings or provide you with a solution.
If that is not the case, you can always escalate the dispute to Eneba and our team will make sure to help in mediating the discussion.
